Specific responsibilities for the Material Handler will include:
Ensures that machine operators have materials to complete scheduled work.
Moves rollers between departments as needed.
Helps load and unload machines.
Works closely with Production Leads to establish priorities for the day.
Helps ensure work areas are organized, clean, and clutter-free.
Able to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
Follows best safety practices and always wears appropriate PPE.
May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Qualified candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills.
Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
