OverviewThe HR Culture Programs Manager is responsible for providing managerial support to strategic Human Resource programs initiatives across the globe and reports to the Director of Global HR Programs and Talent Acquisition.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to own, build, and execute employee engagement and cultural initiatives in a global work environment.
This role closely works with the HR Regional Managers and leadership stakeholders related to the creation, implementation, and progress of these various programs.
ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight on strategic HR culture programs and processes.
Collaborates with various levels of business stakeholders to define business needs, manage through influence, and deliver on commitments.
Programs this role will be involved with include:
a.
Champion the annual Core Value Index Survey across the global organization and interpret those results for leadership b.
Culture/Core Value campaigns & training c.
Recognition Program and reporting d.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Programs including Employee Resource Groups e.
Plan onsite company engagement events at our Chicago Offices f.
High-Performance Core Value ProgramAlways innovate on behalf of your internal customers by proactively listening to feedback, and implementing improvements and enhancements where needed.
Help support the overall engagement of the teammate experienceExcel when interacting with your business stakeholders and HR partners whether you are writing emails, conducting a presentation, or discussing project expectations.
Draft communication and manage the HR communications calendar for the team.
Work through the creation and execution of a change management plan and strategy.

Bachelor's Degree Required4-6 years total experience Required and1-3 years HR Business Partner or HR Generalist Role RequiredStrategic thinker (Medium proficiency)Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes of programs (Medium proficiency)Attention to detail and the ability to roll up your sleeves is a must! (Medium proficiency)Great communication skills (Canva experience or similar) (Medium proficiency)Works collaboratively within a team setting (Medium proficiency)Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities (Low proficiency)Knowledge and comfort with an HR system, Paylocity experience a plus (Medium proficiency)Excel expert is required (Vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
