Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage and scope due diligence engagements, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Lead both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for healthcare clients.
Maintain and develop existing client relationships and establish new ones.
Provide timely updates on project status and ensure team compliance with engagement protocols.
Offer expertise across various healthcare segments and contribute to team training.
Manage administrative aspects including expense management and billing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a consulting firm, with 4 years in M&A/Transaction Advisory Services.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification.
Strong knowledge of U.
S.
GAAP, audit and accounting concepts, and transaction services.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
