Rapidly Growing Company is looking to expand their sales team! They are looking for an experienced Field Training & Development Manager with a background in glazing or commercial glass.
This is a role that will require traveling 90% of the time as they will be visiting National Accounts and training staff on the installation of their glass product.
Must live near the Itasca, IL facility as they will also be conducting training to new employees.

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Field Training - Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry.
This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our commitment to excellence, innovation, and growth.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training and development programs for our field staff, with a specific focus on commercial glass and glazing.
We are looking for a professional who has a deep understanding of the glazing industry, with a proven track record in training and development, and expertise in using BlueBeam and ProCore.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training and development programs tailored specifically for our field staff, focusing on commercial glass and glazing.
Conduct needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.
Utilize BlueBeam and ProCore to design and deliver engaging and interactive training materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other managers and leaders to understand departmental training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the glazing industry and incorporate these into our training programs.
Foster a positive learning environment and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Manage and maintain training records and reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the glazing industry.
Extensive knowledge of commercial glass and glazing.
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training and development programs.
Proficiency in using BlueBeam and ProCore.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and drive improvements.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
