Sanitation Worker
A Sanitation Technician is responsible for following standard operating procedures, perform cleaning on production equipment to ensure safety and hygiene.
May record information to reflect sanitation activities and issues.
Advises and updates supervisor/manager of progress and /or other non-routine issues.

o Follows established procedures in the cleaning and sanitation of idle production equipment as directed by supervisor/managero Completes required reporting to reflect activity of tasks and other items requiredo Advises supervisor when supplies need to be orderedWhat you'll need:
A high school diploma or GED certification and be at least 18 years of age, required.
Previous sanitation experience in a production operation preferred.
Must be able to read and write and answer basic question in English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to standing for prolonged periods; frequently walks, grasps, lifts, holds, or feels objects; occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.
The employee frequently is required to use manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination when working and handling products or machinery.

The employee is exposed to wet conditions on a regular basis and will work on wet floors on a regular basis.
The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
