Sanitation Worker

A Sanitation Technician is responsible for following standard operating procedures, perform cleaning on production equipment to ensure safety and hygiene.
May record information to reflect sanitation activities and issues.
Advises and updates supervisor/manager of progress and /or other non-routine issues.

A high school diploma or GED certification and be at least 18 years of age, required.
Previous sanitation experience in a production operation preferred.
Must be able to read and write and answer basic question in English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to standing for prolonged periods; frequently walks, grasps, lifts, holds, or feels objects; occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.
The employee frequently is required to use manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination when working and handling products or machinery.
