Job DescriptionOur client, a rapidly growing organization located in the western suburbs of Chicago, is looking for a Contract Bilingual Recruiter to manage the full life cycle of recruiting and build out a recruitment strategy, reporting directly to the Director of Human ResourcesThis services company has grown their head count significantly in the last several months, and the Bilingual Recruiter will play an integral role in continuing to expand and enhance the talent of the organization.The ideal candidate has a strong, high volume recruiting background with a deep understanding of the recruiting process to be able to take a strategic approach to evaluating, creating and implementing new processes and proceduresThe Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruiting process for open requisitions and also enhance sourcing tactics, provide analysis of recruiting processes, employee retention and other retention statistics and manage all vendor relationshipsThis position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a strategic Recruiting Manager.If you meet the below criteria and are interested in enhancing your career and contributing to a growing company, please apply today!Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for high volume positions, build and maintain a talent pipelineCreate and implement recruiting processes and procedures including, but not limited to sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, identifying and evaluating top talentPartner with leadership and the HR team to implement and ensure compliance for hiring practices and other employee mattersManage all vendor relationships such as staffing agencies and educational institutions, as well as manage the recruiting department budgetCreate reports and analyze data regarding recruiting and hiring trends, retention rates and other human capital statisticsWork closely with hiring managers across the organizationRecruiter Requirements:
Bachelor's degree requiredBilingual in Spanish5

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
