We are seeking a talented individual to expand our field installation network capabilities.
ROLE
Summary:
The Field Training & Development Manager is responsible for training and development of Riot Glass dealers and installers specializing in forced entry and ballistic security fenestration, glazing, and related services.
This role serves as the field subject matter expert on the installation of all Riot Glass products and will be instrumental in expanding the company's national presence by increasing our field installation capacity in target markets.
ESSENTIAL JOB
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the VP Sales, this role is responsible for the development and field delivery of installation training for new and existing installers and dealers.
Supports new dealers and installation contractors in the field on early learning installations, ensuring quality and consistency as new dealers ramp up.
Trouble-shoots difficult, highly technical jobs, providing measurement-scoping and installation assistance where necessary to local dealer/contractor partners.
Provides field / installer feedback to Engineering, Operations, and/or Sales teams to improve how products is delivered to installers (instructions, product labeling, cutting/assembly/packaging/other) Supports development and refinement of training materials, plans, curriculum, schedules, and coordinates installation training to ensure successful and timely delivery in target markets (at Itasca Training Center and remote) Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel internally and externally, including new and existing regional installers and dealers, while identifying and developing new relationships.
Assists in aligning dealers and installers with Riot Glass company resources including project coordination and product support to drive mutual goals and objectives.

Experience:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with field installation of security fenestration, glazing, window treatments, door systems, building materials, construction, or other engineered products.
Proven ability to train, coach, mentor, and develop field service and/or installation personnel.
Able to understand and explain technical and installation plans, drawings, and specifications.
Experience with field / site project management and job coordination a plus COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficiency with applicable software such as MSOffice Proficiency with BlueBeam, ProCore, Fieldwire, or similar a plus COMPENSATION:
