Our client, a retail food group purchasing organization, is looking for a Facilities Assistant.
This candidate will perform general facilities duties as well as maintain professional communication and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conference room set up- Mail room management- Scheduling freight elevator usage- Issuing and managing badges- Providing excellent customer serviceRequired Skills:
- Strong people skills with a focus on customer service- High level of professionalism- Ability to lift 50 pounds- Basic tech proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
) - Competency in basic computer tasks such as performance reviews and document formatting.
