ABOUT THE COMPANYOur client is a leading manufacturing organization and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Accounting team.
Our client has experience tremendous growth throughout the pandemic and as a result is adding to their team.
They are a privately owned company, in business for over 100 years! This role is in their corporate office, with high level visibility to the Controller and CFO of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST:
Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
Resolve issues on discrepancies in invoicing and data recorded.
Maintain and be support individual for vendor inquiries.
Prepare analysis of accounts in a myriad of discounts, reversals, balances.
Filter discrepancies to appropriate manager.
Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
