The Login Order Entry Specialist is responsible for triage and delivery of samples to designated lab areas.
Ensures proper sorting, handling and storage of samples.
Verifies, logs in, and documents all required information is provided and correct.
Documents discrepancies.
Assembles datapacks and assigns bar code labels.
Education and experience requirements:
High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to type 35-40 WPM with accuracyNo experience necessary.

Receive all incoming shipments, separate out supplies from samples and assign priority numbersMatch and organize samples and datapacks for deliveryVerify information on submission forms, attach barcodes to paperwork and samplesDetermine any special considerations including cold/warm storage, isolation, delicate handling, etc.
Distribute samples, packs and materials to assigned laboratory sectionsPhysical requirements:
Must be able to move/traverse 90% of the day and remain in a stationary sitting/standing position10% of the dayThis position moves or lifts items greater than 45lbs on a daily basisWear personal protective equipment such as lab coats, safety glasses, socks and closed toed shoes, gloves, facemasksBending, stooping and crouching, climb up and down ladderThe name Sotera Health was inspired by Soteria, the Greek goddess of safety, and reflects the Company's unwavering commitment to its mission, Safeguarding Global Health .
