Job Description:
The Customer Success Representative is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining a positive customer experience with KEYENCE's software products.
They act as the true bridge between our Sales Team and our Support team while fostering healthy working relationships with our customers.
A strong candidate for this role can build and maintain strong relationships, implement new programs to increase revenue potential, and establish methods to minimize customer churn rates.
Responsibilities and Duties Maintain ongoing customer relationships.
Being a subject matter expert in your product.
Onboarding and training customers to let them successfully utilize the KEYENCE Software.
Proactively identifying opportunities for additional sales with existing customers.
Implementing success programs and guiding customers through the entire program.
Contributing to additional sales through word of mouth due to great customer interactions and experiences.
Minimizing customer churn Supporting customers with questions or issues they have after purchasing a product or service from the company.
Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required.
Some programming experience (any language) required.
Experience with Excel and Pivot tables.
Preferred Skills/Technical Skills (As needed) Previous experience as a Customer Success Representative preferred but not required.
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
Ability to adapt and influence customers virtually via Teams/Zoom or phone calls.
Accountability and personal organization are essential.
Experience with using and creating Excel Macros.
