We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in employee evaluation processes Conduct employee orientation and onboarding Responsible for new hire onboarding, Benefit Administration State Registration if required Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and Ensure all employment requirements are met Coordinate with the team for Employee Timesheets / Vendor payments Work on Visa Sponsorship (H1B, Green Card) Handle basic performance management tasks Manage conflict resolution within the organization

Professional Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organizational Skills Ability to multi-task Basic computer skills with the ability to learn additional programs.
