responsibility for all technical phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner.
Requires updating SYSPRO and repair database as needed to record troubleshooting efforts on all types of amusement devices for the company.
It requires the individual to have experience repairing amusement machines and to be in the office on a regular basis.
Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager In more detail, duties will include, but not be limited to:
Respond to all technical inquires in timely manner to minimize customer downtime and provide additional opportunities for part and repair sales Process repair orders (Warranty and Billable Repairs), prepare correspondence, and fulfil customer needs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Provide World Class customer service directly to customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face.
Research, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Meet various project deadlines and efficiently communicate status updates to the appropriate department.
Properly keep records of customer interactions and transactions, maintain repair databases.
Back up other customer service functions as needed Project a positive, professional image of the company to clients and community representatives.
