Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager establishes departmental objectives and Human Resources activities to create a culture and work environment which balances high performance, responsiveness and business goal achievement with meeting employee needs from a compensation, employee development, and work/family balance standpoint.
The Human Resources Manager implements services, policies, programs and ensures administration compliance, with the Human Resources staff; reports to the CFO and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. The major areas managed by HR Manager are:
Recruiting and staffing;
Performance management and improvement processes;
Employment and HR related regulatory compliance;
HR policy development, documentation and administration;
Employee relations
Company employee communication;
Compensation and benefits planning and administration;
Employee health & wellness program management;
HRIS and related systems administration
Qualifications
5 years' experience in HR discipline, including HR functional leadership experience with responsibility for delivering the full range of HR support
Experience with professional services or consulting organization
HR support in a geographically-dispersed organizations
Strong background in areas of Recruiting, and Regulatory Compliance
A degree in Human Resources or related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ADP or other HRIS databases
SPHR certification would be a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
