A National Green, manufacturing Company with a Stable, Team Environment and Exceptional Stability is seeking a full time, contract to hire, Customer Account Representative / Order Entry candidate to work for in their Northwestern Suburban office in the Itasca, IL area.
Responsibilities included:
Process and maintain orders that come in via phone, fax, and email.
Extensive 10 key data entry, alpha numeric data entry with outstanding accuracy
Generate bill of ladings
Pull purchase orders and accurately enter information into Accpac database.
Extensive telephone contact with customers, warehouse associates, and supply team.
Tracing orders and expediting emergency requests
Maintain records and process debits and credits
Maintain daily warehouse activity and print labels.
The selected candidate will have excellent, error free, alpha numeric and 10 key data entry skills as well as outstanding Customer Service skills, strong communication skills with high attention to detail and quick learning abilities.
We are looking for someone who is team minded and can take on a wide variety of responsibilities. Analytical mindset is a must. Candidates must also be energetic, extremely organized, and interested in expanding their knowledge in the chemistry industry.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
A college degree is preferred, but not required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
