Consult with clients to analyze data and provide solutions to plan, design, develop, and implement software applications using Java, Oracle, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, COBOL, CICS, Spring, and/or SQL. Gather requirements for, design, develop, analyze, and test software systems, and resolve problems of diverse scope with little supervision or instruction. Exercise independent judgment in selecting the methods and techniques required for the implementation of software solutions. Liaise with key client contacts and act as a technical expert in connection with the resolution of complex issues. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience is required. Employer will also accept Master's degree plus 3 years experience. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations through the U.S. will be required. No telecommuting.
